Refund and Cancellation policies



To request the cancellation of your enrollment, please contact our support centers through the mail provided to you in the enrollment confirmation. While requesting your enrollment cancellation and refund you will need to provide the following details.

1. Your name

2. Your email ID

3. Your enrollment ID

4. Name of the course/s you want to un-enroll in. ( In case of multiple course or multiple un-enrollments please make separate requests for every course )

5. A brief reason for your un-enrollment for purely statistical purposes (optional)


For cancellation requests being raised 5 business days ahead of the enrollment date, there will be complete refund of the entire course fee. The course fee will be refunded to your account within 3-5 working days (may get delayed on the part of the Financial institution handling your account). For requests arising ahead of 5 days from the date of enrollment the decision for complete or partial refund will be made on case to case basis. Please understand that we start our preparations for the course as soon as you are enrolled and every course is structured from the scratch and updated to provide the best possible Training Experience. On case to case basis, the discretion of the decision lies solely with KPI Consulting Services pvt ltd  depending on the reason given for un-enrollment.

If in case you would like to reschedule your Training program to start on an earlier or later date or change it from Weekday program to weekend program and vice versa, you will be charged a rescheduling fee which will cover the expenses incurred in creating the resources and course material specifically for you.

The rescheduling fee of INR 5000/- can be paid through our online payment portal. Please contact our customer support for more details on rescheduling fee payment methods. Similarly, if you would like to reschedule the timings of the training programs from morning to evening or afternoon or any other way, you will be charged a rescheduling fee of INR 5000. The reasons behind the charge of this fee are similar to that of date rescheduling of the course.


The decision of refurbishment and refund of course fee lies solely with KPI Consulting Services pvt ltd .
